Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026  ·  Effective: April 20, 2026

Sytovu LLC ("Sytovu," "we," "us") operates the sytovu.com website and digital presence management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

We collect only what we need to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Business information: business name, category, services, service area, address
  • Owner contact information: name, email address, phone number
  • Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
  • Content you provide: photos, service descriptions, pricing, business hours

Information generated by our services

  • Call logs (Booked tier) — When someone calls your tracked number, we log the caller's number, call duration, and timestamp. Call audio is not recorded or stored.
  • Lead form submissions — Name, phone, and message from visitors who submit your embedded contact form.
  • Google Ads performance data (Google Ads add-on) — Impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend data from your Google Ads campaign, fetched via API for reporting.
  • Website analytics — Aggregate traffic metrics for your Sytovu-hosted site via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is privacy-first analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personally identifiable visitor data stored by us.

Information collected automatically when you use sytovu.com

  • Browser type, pages visited, and referral source — collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies used on our marketing site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To build, publish, and maintain your website and digital presence
  • To manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf
  • To route and log incoming calls to your tracked number
  • To send you weekly and monthly performance reports
  • To process your subscription payments via Stripe
  • To send you service communications — setup updates, billing notices, optimization recommendations
  • To improve our platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not use your information to send you third-party marketing or sell advertising against your data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following service providers to deliver our platform. Each has its own privacy policy and data handling practices:

Provider Purpose
Stripe Payment processing. Handles all card data directly — we never see your full card number. stripe.com/privacy
Twilio Tracked phone number provisioning, call forwarding, and SMS. Stores call metadata (number, duration) on our behalf. twilio.com/legal/privacy
Google Google Business Profile management via API. Google Ads campaign management (Google Ads add-on clients). policies.google.com/privacy
Cloudflare Website hosting, CDN, and privacy-first web analytics. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Airtable Internal data storage for client records, call logs, lead submissions, and campaign data. airtable.com/privacy
Anthropic (Claude) AI-powered content generation for website copy, GBP posts, and ad copy. Business details are sent to Claude's API to generate content. anthropic.com/privacy

We do not sell your data to any of these providers or to any third party. They process your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

4. Your Customers' Data

When visitors contact you through your Sytovu-hosted lead form or call your tracked number, we collect their name, phone number, and message on your behalf. This data is:

  • Stored in your client account and included in your weekly digest
  • Not used for any purpose other than delivering it to you
  • Not shared with any third party other than the providers listed above

You are the data controller for your customers' contact information. Sytovu acts as a data processor on your behalf.

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active.
  • After cancellation: We retain your account data for 90 days, during which you may request a full export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
  • Call logs: Retained for 12 months to support reporting and billing. After 12 months, logs are deleted or anonymized.
  • Lead submissions: Retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of specific records at any time.
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can access client data, and API keys stored as environment secrets rather than in code.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we'll notify you promptly.

7. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

  • A copy of the data we hold about your business
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your account and associated data (subject to the retention schedule above)

To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The current version is always at sytovu.com/privacy.
